WHEN CAN I APPLY?

You can apply to work for us from June one year before you wish to commence your training/studies with us. Mosolf starts the selection process during the summer holidays.

IS IT BETTER TO APPLY ONLINE RATHER THAN IN WRITTEN FORM?

You can either apply online or in written form by submitting your CV and portfolio by post. Both ways are evaluated equally.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T HAVE MY LAST CERTIFICATE YET?

In this case just send the last three certificates with the remark that the fourth will be sent as soon as you have received it.

HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS WORK?

First, your application will be evaluated. If your application makes it over this first hurdle and you have aroused our interest, you will then be invited to take a written aptitude test and participate in some teamwork activities. If you make a positive impression here, you will have an interview with the human resources department so they can get to know you better. A decision will be made after this three-stage selection process.

WHO WILL SUPERVISE ME DURING MY TRAINING?

You will be supervised by trained instructors who are always ready to listen and answer your questions and to help solve any problems. During your training you will be trained by further qualified specialist instructors in the individual departments.

WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF BEEING OFFERED EMPLOYMENT AFTER TRAINING?

We train people according to our needs and we always attempt to offer employment to all those who have successfully completed their training. Of course we attach great importance to enthusiasm, motivation and the personal suitability of our trainees and DHBW students.
