1983 - The largest parking lot in the Ortenau

65 Years MOSOLF - Milestones of automotive logistics

An area of around 200 soccer fields, space for 32.000 cars, a handling capacity of 600.000 vehicles per year – no doubt, the largest parking lot in the Ortenau, as the MOSOLF company is also called, is a place of superlatives.

Originally built in 1971 as a delivery center by the Turin car maker Fiat, MOSOLF took over the operational work of the said center in 1983. About a decade later, the Kippenheim site was finally meant to go over completely in the possession of the MOSOLF company.

Until today, our location in Kippenheim is the one with the highest handling capacity, providing a large variety of services such as special vehicle construction.
