2018
The MOSOLF Group is taking over the vehicle logistics specialist and fleet service partner, Autokontor Bayern GmbH.
MOSOLF takes over the releasing agent AFG Allgemeine Fahrzeugübernahme-Gesellschaft mbH with its headquarters in Rüsselsheim.
2017
MOSOLF acquires all the shares in SAT Sächsische Autotransport und Service GmbH. As a result, the automobile logistics company, which was established as a 50:50 joint venture with the Schnellecke Group in 1991, now becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the MOSOLF Group.
The Spanish Tradisa Group is taking over the shares held by MOSOLF in their joint subsidiaries Tramosa France based in Creutzwald and Tramosa Logistik, which has its headquarters in Saarlouis.
MOSOLF launches its new Compound Operating System CosMOS.
2016
MOSOLF acquires special vehicle builder Baumeister & Trabandt in Korschenbroich. It is renamed B&T Solutions GmbH.
The MOSOLF Group plans ahead for the future: simplification of the network structure, enhancement of the corporate identity and roll out of MYOUR (platform to the digital MOSOLF World).
Pioneer of vehicle logistics – Horst Mosolf joins the logistics pantheon.

The MOSOLF group celebrates its 60th company anniversary.
When Marianne and Horst Mosolf established the HORST MOSOLF SPEDITION UND TRANSPORTE carrying company in 1955, they laid the cornerstone for an unprecedented success story.
The focal point of the company has shifted from being solely a carrier to becoming a technical and logistical system service provider for the automotive industry, importers, dealers and fleet operators with a European network.

In founding the MOSOLF Service Factory (present MOSOLF Retail Solutions), MOSOLF expands its expertise to the automobile trade.

The multimodal technology and logistics centre at the Düsseldorf Rhine port are put into Operation.
1997 / 1998
Strategically important markets in central Europe are opened with the establishment of the MLT and MCT in Hambach (France), the MOSTVA in Warsaw (Poland) and the MAL in Dobrovice (the Czech Republic).

With the construction of technology centres and logistics centres in Ketzin / Brandenburg and Glauchau / Saxony, MOSOLF now provides services to all of the new federal states.
